The Société Minière de Kolwezi, a Company of Anvil Mining Group, based and operating in Kolwezi (Katanga, Congo-Kinshasa, République Démocratique du Congo, RDC, DRC,Democratic Republic of Congo) is actually looking for :
a highly qualified Metallurgist to fill in a vacancy at the position of Plant Manager.

Reporting to Operations Manager, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Process plant operations(HMS/Spiral circuits), laboratory, tailings storage facility and water circuits
- Achieving plant budgets
- Plant cost Control
- Metallurgical accounting and reporting
- 64 permanent employees
- Ensure proper training of employees in operation and safety
- Coordinate with other functions including maintenance and mining to ensure production requirements

Requirements :
- Degree qualified metallurgist
- Previous Heavy Media Separation plant operating experience and advantage
- Minimum 05 years experience at managerial level
- Bilingual(English and French) an advantage

The successful candidate should accept lether to become a Kolwezi resident or based in Kolwezi on Roster (02 months of work 04 weeks of leave).
